Biography

Mud Flow

Mud Flow is a group (collective) alternative rock from Brussels in Belgium formed around singer-guitarist Vincent Liben. His style is somewhere between The Flaming Lips, Sonic Youth, Radiohead and Interpol.

The group is best known in Belgium, but his last two albums also came out on French territory. The title 'The Sense of Me / Chemicals' from the album 'A Life on Standby' was used as soundtrack for publicitée Tetra Pak France.

The group took the bad habit of frequently changing line up, which often results in a change of style between albums. Vincent Liben fun to say that Mud Flow is not a band but a collective of musicians. Currently the group is no longer only partly in Brussels with the arrival of two Ghent, Frederik Leroux Roels (guitar) and Fred Donche (keyboards) in 2007. Charly De Croix was the oldest member after Vincent decided to leave the adventure in 2008 to join his compatriots Sharko.

Vincent Liben just released his first solo album.
