Xavier Collin (aka 'Bill' in the world of music) WTPL returned home in 1993 by becoming the manager of the Barking Dogs (founders). Since 1999 he is the main shareholder of the company.

Concerts, stage, live

He organized his first concerts in 1988 with the association and its 60 members Créativ'Idées in several rooms of Lille (Doumer Hall, Room Imagine, Aircraft, Rockline, Concorde, etc. ...), and coordinates the Day Music from Lille in the Les Halles district and the City Centre until 1994.

It creates TOURBILLON Jason Barnard in 1993 and the Belgian agency NADA. First off the roster in 1994 with dEUS, The Barking Dogs, PPz30, VV, Marcel & son Orchestre and The Ukrainians. For 10 years he has been involved in the booking.
